We can color wash, use crackle finish or antique glazes to create authentic looking marble, granite, stone, tile, suede, linen and old world plaster. Lesley is a self-taught fine artist, faux finisher, and decorative painter. She is owner and operator of Imagine It Painted, an interior painting business. Lesley and Janet have been partners in the business since 2000, Janet has a broad interior design background. "Starting my own business is the best thing I've ever done," says Lesley. I feel blessed to be able to make a living doing what I love to do. Lesley has sold her work at Neiman Marcus, Seasonal Concepts, and also several other locally-owned retail stores in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area. Lesley and Janet have painted the old post office in Stillwater, Minnesota, one of the most historic sites in Minnesota's oldest town. This building was featured in Architectural Digest. They have worked with designers on the Parade of Homes, a tour that features the latest trends that include modern and traditional styles in decorating. Also winning awards both in 2004 and 2005 at the Home and Garden show. Clients are shown samples prior to a project. Samples are approved, and 50%of the estimated bid must be paid before work is begun. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project. Each project is completely custom, therefore, fees are based on the size of project, the time needed to complete it, the level of difficulty, and the materials needed to customize your interior decor.
